I believe it's when people drop a bunch of free stuff for others to take, generally at spawn.

lol then I can see why someone would want it. Marcel1127 that wouldn't work well here; we use CB++ which groups dropped items together, so one person would pretty much walk away with everything

Well marcel1127 CAN do drop parties but it would NOT be fun. Though you could drop one item at a time...
