**Claiming a region!**
We use worldguard wrapped up in a custom command/script written by me (Gn3sda). If you discover anything that does not match up with what is written here, contact myself or a mod.
Claiming land costs $1000, make sure you have enough or it will just waste your time .
If you do not want to take the time to understand the full tutorial, use /claim <region_name> chunk. Fill in whatever you want the <region_name> to be and literally put chunk. This will claim the 16x16x256 area around you (the size of one chunk). No other commands, point picking, or anything else is needed. You are done! For the full custom method (you can claim much more land with the full method) read below.
Full claiming method:
Step 1: type //Wand - This will give you a wooden axe, this is the tool you use to pick points to claim.
Step 2: Left click to select 1 point, right click to select the second point. See the image below, you are selecting two corners of a cuboid. The number in parentheses when you select your second point is the volume. The maximum volume you can claim at one time is 500,000.
Step 3: Verify the points are where you want them. If they are correct type /claim <region_name>
- Replace <region_name> with whatever you want your region to be called. Pick a unique name since only 1 of each name can exist on the server. The region will now be claimed and will automatically turn off PVP and turn on invincibility in the region. If something is wrong it will tell you. This is the last necessary step for the full claim! The rest is optional, if you want to change flags or add people to your region.
Step 4: You can add members to your region with /region addmember <region_name> <player_name>. You can also add co-owners to the region /region addowner <region_name> <player_name>.
Step 5: The attributes of your region are called flags. Below is a list you can change. For each flag ACTION needs to be replaced with ALLOW or DENY.
- /region flag <region_name> use ACTION . ALLOW lets non-members of your region step on pressure plates, use doors and levers etc. Deny does not let non-member use these things. This is ALLOW by default, but for extra security set it to DENY. No matter how this is set, non-members CANNOT open chests and furnaces and most machines in your regions.
- /region flag <region_name> invincible ACTION . ALLOW enables invisibility in the region, DENY turns it off.
- /region flag <region_name> pvp ACTION . ALLOW enables pvp in the region, DENY turns it off.
Some other notes:
Some things like the coke oven and computer craft PCs can be used by non-members if they are in a region. Put these behing locked doors to keep them safe.

**Creating a town!**
Step 0: Make sure you understand claiming with the full command first!
Step 1: Claim a large area of land for a town plot. Claim it the same way you would claim any region. Set any flags you would like. If you call the town plot something with the world "town" in it, it will do step 2 for you automatically. Example <region_name> = Gn3sdaTown.
Step 2: If you did not call the toem plot something with the world "town" in it you must do this step, otherwise skip. /region priority <region_name> -1. Be sure to use your town plot name. This makes the town plot less important than the individual buildings you will make later on.
Step 3: Claim individual regions within the town plot for houses. Do it in the same manner you would any other region. When someone buys this region they will only be able to edit in their house and not your town plot! For Example:
Step 4: Sell or rent the region with a sign. Signs to sell should look like this. Regions can be bought and resold by the new owner:
[SELL]
<region_name>
PRICE
To rent:
[RENT]
<region_name>
PRICE:TIME
<region_name> = your region name.
PRICE = Price you want to sell or rent for, e.g. 500.
TIME = How long to rent. 1m is 1 minute. 1d is one day.
Below is an example of what a successful Sell sign should look like (the dimensions get filled in automatically).
**Getting a warp!**
List of requirements to get a warp:
- Town must have a town plot with individual regions inside of it to sell as described in this tutorial.
- Town must have an area for the warp with a rule board. See any of the existing towns for examples.
- You must have sold at least one house already (to a non-owner of the town).
- There must be at least 2 other regions/house for sale.
If you meet these requirements, mail or PM Gn3sda with the coordinates on where you want the warp. I reserve the right to remove the warp if the owner leaves for an extended period of time (> 1 Month), get banned, or in any other way break the rules or exploit the players living in your town.
