Ideas???? Read fully please!

I saw a video of this server on youtube and frankly I didn't find it very professional like some other server videos I have seen before! I think we need to either create a server channel to help promote the server more so it has a better chance of growing! We could either start a server channel or we could all use our own channels to promote them as someone already has or we could do both.. Obviously more players are hard to come by as they only was I find these smaller servers is through my friends.. There needs to be an incentive to bring your friends on like an intrest system your could put in place (plugin?) so if they bring someone on and they continue to keep playing they get paid or rewards.. Something to get the server to grow a little bit more.. The best way would be youtube though something they will remember and want to come on and "See" Like do a big timelapse video like Fyreuk does on their server, but oirs would still be open too the public for normal play....Gn3sda could setup a topic for days where something like this could take place and we could have someone record it to post, then the file could be distributed to all who have channels and posted on their channels then they could go on other minecraft videos and promote the server,build(s), and videos asking them to check it out.....Just an idea.....

Get back to me Gn3sda if this sounds good or something we could try?!
