Considering making it "everything goes" in unclaimed areas. Grief protection will only be in claimed areas so mods and I don't have to waste so much time.
Thoughts?

I agree with this change. Right now, I practically have to have the rules open whenever I raid, because there is a long list of things you can't take (furnaces, wire, building blocks)

Can you clarify what is considered griefing within a region? If a member of a region griefs, such as removing another member's machines or breaking windows, should we do anything about it?

No, I mean only against exploits or where the plugin doesn't work with tekkit, such as the turtle.
I suppose member complaints will have to be taken on a case by case basis. But that shouldn't be too much to handle.
