Unbanned. I stand by the mods though, don't spam in the mumble. They cannot ban you from the mumble so they did the appropriate thing.

Turtle you said you were bored of the server and then started spamming us. Plus you cant mute the player to stop the computer voice. We had to find text to speech to turn it off while listening to you spam. Not saying that you should not be let back on to the server, just dont join the mumble if you dont want to talk with us. We were messing around with you and you took it seriously.

Reason for ban (include background info): I am a friend of vidyor and founia and I had to do the French community
including the city with them... Unfortunately I was banned unfairly. Of the MOD I have used
xray, it is wrong is why I Appeals
Why you should be unbanned: I just used a technique of mining optimsized
(I mine 5 blocks forward, I turn, I mine 5 blocks forward, I turn ...). So I would like to know if
it is possible a Deban or not definitive ban.

Unbanned. Though there was evidence of xray. I'm sure it goes without saying, if you are caught xraying you will be banned permanently.

Reason for ban (include background info): I asked for EE to be enabled a few times and then i think I got mad about the Assistant app not going through because of the 666 at the end of my name and I wasgetting bored of the server because i had everything i needed and nothing to do so i said i was leaving, but you got mad at me and whispered to me "Just leave... Dont complain" or something like that and right befor i left i said bye, gave my money away, and said celce could have my stuff then i was kicked... and it said either "Good Bye!" or "Just Leave!"
Why you should be unbanned: I dont think I did anything that bad and I have had alot of fun the server so I came back yesterday... not knowing i was banned... but i would like to play and say sorry for complaining

The real reason you were banned is because you were telling new players to leave the server (I caught you live once and in the logs). If you agree you are done with that, the I will gladly unban you. Your friends still talk about you from time to time  |

I remember that but I told them to leave cause they were complaining about EE not because I didnt like the server... but yes im done and Im already unbanned

Reason I should be unbanned: I know realize that what I was doing at the time is against the rules and bannable when at the time I did not. I am sorry for using it and killing the players in their own base and I wont ever use it for pvp again.

I am not sure if i am actually banned BTW, but when i try to log on it says: HTTP response code: 503 for URL: session.minecraft.net/game/joinserver..jsp?user=PitaChip&s ... I'm really not sure... But i will make a ban appeal after what i just told you... IGN: PitaChip Reason For Ban: I have no clue Reason For Unban: I really don't recall breaking any rules, if there's a problem with anything I have done please notify me... And if there's a problem with my account, then please also notify me... I have three computers that work for tekkit and all three say the same thing when i try and log on... |

IGN: turtledude0 Reason for ban/jail (include background info): well I thought that it was fine to steal from diamond pipes in protected zones because it had happend to me sooooo many times and had been told by the assistants and mods that it was fine to do so i used an ender pearl to go into gns basement and got the stuff from his diamond pipes. Why you should be unbanned/unjailed: I am sorry about this and i should not have taken the stuff out of the diamond pipes, i just thought it was ok to do it. next time as all the mods tell me "you should cover them up with glass covers  |
